Verizon — Local services in Summerville

Have used this store many times. Went in on July 20 ,2020. I spoke with a young man about a phone for my husband. He has had two Moto phone and both have had the same issue with the battery. Was told by the young man that they were having a buy out on an LG phone. I decided to purchase it. They paid off the 158 that I still owed on my husband's Moto. The young man asked me if there were any cracks or if my husband's Moto had any other problems besides the battery. I told him no and he said that he could get me 150 for the phone and if I purchased a screen protector and case that I wouldn't be spending much because of getting 150 for the Moto phone. So i spent 187 dollars (screen protector, case, set up fee and taxes). When signing the papers, I asked why they had a trade in value of 0 and was told that he couldn't give me the trade in value until my husband came down to switch over his pics and contacts and turn in the phone. Sounded reasonable to me. He then said that he was leaving at 3, but would come back and finish up with my husband at 6:45 that evening. I told him that I hated for him to do that and he said no problem. He didn't show back up and left it for someone else to finish and my husband was told that there was NO trade in value on his Moto phone. Coincidence that he didn't come back, I don't think so. I have had Verizon service for over 15 years. I have 4 phones and 2 tablets and as soon as they are paid off or I can pay them off early, I'm done...

Dustin reached out to me asking about my current carrier and the phone I have. I honestly didn't even want to switch or get a new cell because dealing with sales people and these big corporations is always the worst. Let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at how well Dustin handled the situation. He not only addressed my concerns as they came up but he actually was able to correct information I was misinformed on.

If it weren't for Dustin I wouldn't even consider switching back to Verizon, but the way he was able to find exactly what I needed at the price range I asked for was pretty stunning. I went and was seen by Chrissy Teague I needed to up grade my moms phone that is disabled and she was the best person that has ever worked with me at Verzion and I have been with Verizon 13 years she went above and beyond a very difficult time with a 3rd phone I had on my plain that was no longer on my plain and should have been cut off 2 years ago and showed me that and the we go into upgrading my 2nd phone which is my moms and she was so very patience and kind through about a 3 hour ordeal Verzion needs the stores full of people like her she truly cares about the customer and got my bill lowered about $40 a month I can’t thank...
