John's listening skills contributed to the exact outcome we desired of his installation services. His catalog of installs and recommendations provided the confidence we've been seeking for future installs and improvements in our home movie environment. We had an amazing experience with John! Within five days of reaching out, we had a brand-new 77" TV and soundbar installed — and it looks and sounds incredible. John found the system for less than I could find on Amazon or Best Buy and handled everything from start to finish. He also helped me choose the right TV, and I’m so glad I didn’t buy one before talking to him — his advice was spot on (and the price was great).

He discovered that our wall wiring had been done incorrectly and completely redid it — at no extra charge — so everything is safe and works properly. The installation was super clean and perfectly level, and he left everything spotless, like no one had even been there.

John is an expert and a true professional — knowledgeable, kind, and very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about him. We’ll absolutely call him for any future home media projects....

Finally talked my husband into getting Samsung's The Frame TV. Took a few months because it required rearranging our gallery wall so that we could incorporate a 75 inch TV.

Installation was a nightmare. We bought it from Best Buy and had to drive to SLC twice bc the TV did not fit into our 4Runner and we had to get our trailer. Finally began the installation process, which is a rocket science situation - but my husband is an engineer, so we figured we could handle it.

Four hours later, and another trip to the Home Depot, we went to place the TV on the wall - and it had a CRACK in it! We had been SO CAREFUL. I have no idea if it was there when we bought it, or if it happened during our 4-hour ordeal, but either way Best Buy did not care.

Thank god for John.
