Constantine Village — Local services in Summit

We recently moved to Constantine Village and have only wonderful things to say thus far. Everything is run with the utmost care and professionalism, including the whole process from viewing to applying through to moving in. The grounds are maintained diligently and consistently. We've had a few requests to the super Eddie, who has responded promptly and with such thoughtfulness. Importantly, it also seems to be a lovely community with friendly neighbors--and so dog-friendly! There is a great little hiking trail just across the way, a small Kings grocery outpost up the road, a small local train station, and other quaint amenities that make the location feel like a grounded little oasis amongst the more bustling or grand Summit neighborhoods. How would you like to have trash at your backdoor piling up and in plain view from your apartment windows especially the kitchen? Yum. I have complained and the issue is still not resolved. Paying market rent gets you unsightly garbage piling up and a discarded sofa sitting on the lawn for weeks. It's embarrassing and ugly. The squirrels have a regular meal from the trash. If the problem is not corrected mice and rats will add to the problem. This property is less than. Trash settles at the edge of the retaining wall from the other property and the street to get into parts of the complex is an obstacle course due to the potholes. We recently moved to Constantine Village, and the entire experience has been wonderful. Katharine, from the leasing office, was amazing! She took the time to answer all my questions (and I had quite a few) with the upmost respect and professionalism. She was with us from the application process until move in day. Once we moved in, we needed a few things taken care of in the apt, and Eddie, the super, made sure all requests were taken care of asap. The area is clean and well maintained.
