The owner John is rude and misogynistic. I have video of him just yelling at me after I called multiple times to let them know the dryer that they sold me smelled. Every single load of clothes smelled gross! They lied about their visits. They forged the paperwork associated with the dryer and it’s repairs and their visits. They then came and took my dryer from my business and did not call me or contact me for weeks. They did not answer my calls. It was an act of God for me to get my money back from John who insisted that I trust him although he tried, although not successfully, to screw me out of my money at the end. Do not use this business unless you like being yelled at when you call to tell them there’s a problem with their product. I purchased a dryer from them on August 20. I called about it a week or so later saying there was a nasty smell coming from the clothes when they came out of it. I did not get this resolved or my money back...
   Read moreI love working with John and his team, I bought an all-in-one washer dryer stand up set with a gas dryer. Delivered on time, installed beautifully even though my space was a little tight. I used it once and it had a some code and I was upset and ready to send it back, but it was the smallest thing to fix, he handled it beautifully and was very kind to me even though I freaked out a little, he even offered to replace it, but said that the one fix would probably do it, and he was right. That was about a month ago and I have had no problems since! Super great team to work with, its easy to say good job when everything goes perfect, but something out of his control happened and He did an excellent job making me feel heard, and he addressed the issue in a very timely manner.    Read moreI normally would not take the time to write a review, but exceptional service deserves the time. We just had the best experience with Bob's. After waking up to water on the floor and a fridge full of bad food, I watched youtube to see if I could diagnose and fix the issue myself. Then, I checked to see the cost of a new fridge. As a last resort, and not expecting a cheap solution, I called Bob's. Our repairman came out to the house within two hours of my service request! He took all of 2 minutes to diagnose the problem as a motherboard, and then took another 15 minutes to replace the faulty component. Thanks to Bob's, I saved a lot of money and hopefully have a fridge that will last another 10 years. I will never use the big box store again - they have my business for future appliance sales and...
