Furniture Solutions — Local services in Sun City

I've been shopping in the wrong place! So I have an obsession with recliners, and after 50+ years of purchasing various brands and most recently from La Z Boy, I've found what I think is a winner. But this review is not about the chair or other furniture we purchased, rather about the store, owner and her staff.

Most importantly, I drove to the other side of Phoenix metropolitan area from where I live and usually shop and met with Wendy, the owner of Furniture Solutions AZ. Her store is well stocked with numerous brand names in various styles, a delectable selections of fabrics, leathers and synthetic coverings and something that seems to be in short supply everywhere; knowledge of her products and the industry with impeccable customer service!

While I haven't received all of the items ordered and purchased there yet, I want to say if you care about doing business with a total professional in the mainstream furniture industry that feels like you're dealing with your own personal shopper and designer in a boutique furniture setting, Wendy and her staff are the place to go. You won't be disappointed and like me I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised!

My wife and I purchased two swivel rocker chairs made by Flexsteel in 2021. Within one month, the fabric started to wrinkle. We showed Wendy some photos and she agreed that wasn't supposed to happen. The manufacturer would not fix the problem, so Wendy took it upon herself to remedy. She arranged pickup and return (we live 45 miles away) and we have had the chairs for over a month with no sign of a wrinkle. We began very pleased. We made our purchase. Delivery was great. But with our delivery a tag indicated we were to receive accent pillows. We didn’t. I called and was told they’d call me back right away, that was 3 days ago. I emailed and got no response, that was over two days ago. It seems they are helpful right up until they get your money and then don’t care at all. In fact I feel ignored. I doubt I’ll be going back here unless this is fixed. Oh yes and...
