I will NEVER support that business again. I earned a gift card to the Spa via the PAC. I tried for weeks to set up an appointment prior to my gift card expiring and no appointments were ever available regardless of when I called unless I could go at 10 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon... Not realistic for someone who works a full-time job . I explained to the individual that I wanted to do my facial that I had to schedule somewhere else because it was so difficult to get in and would just use my gift card towards product. I went in to utilize my rewards I had coming to me and was treated absolutely horribly by the owner Kim. She kept reiterating that my coupon was expired even though I had been trying to redeem it for weeks prior to it expiring. When I tried to tell her this she said "Yeah well other people work full time too and you can just go ahead and call The PAC and talk to them about it." I asked her why I couldn't use it towards product and all she kept saying was it was expired and there's nothing she would do about it. Then explain to her why I would only go to one person there after having my face burned by another individual. Her only response was " well did you bother to tell anyone about it?" .... which I did when I kept trying to schedule with the other individual. On top of her being so unprofessional to me, she treated me like this in front of my 12 year old daughter ...who was absolutely appalled that anyone would talk to another individual the way Kim spoke with me that day. This place is completely unprofessional, and I have no desire to ever step into that place of business...

I have been to many different Spas in the past few years. Rejuvenation Spa near West Town mall has been my go-to for a long time. They recently stopped accepting SpaFinder gift cards so I had to find a new spa. I have been disappointed by Oasis in the past, so although it's a bit out of my way, I figured I would give The Spa a shot, and boy was I impressed. My girlfriend and I got their Quick Escape for Couples which includes a 60 min couples massage and a dip in their Whirlpool bath afterwards. Unlike Rejuvenation they actually do have a couples massage room, which was nice. Both of us were very happy with our Massage Therapists. I have to say though, what really impressed me about this Spa was the Whirlpool afterwards. It's located in a private room with candles, lotion, non-alcoholic champagne, chocolates, dimming light, and a color-changing Whirlpool that's the perfect size for 2. It gives a very romantic setting and was an absolutely perfect experience that we can't wait to do again :) I highly...

I've been getting massages on and off for the past few years, but l've always felt like I wasn't getting the most out of them. On a whim, I booked a last minute appointment at The Spa with Crystal Backhaus due to some intense lower back pain- OH MY GOSH! She did phenomenal work, realigned and worked my back, as well as released pressure in my neck that was leading to migraines. I will continue to go see her on a regular basis!

After talking to my family about how amazing my massage was, I had two family members drive OVER AN HOUR to book with her and they both agreed-EXCELLENT! Both family members plan to continue making the drive to see her again.

Crystal has a firm hand, but in the most pleasant way. She understands nerves, muscles, your systems and more. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gives you the service you need. I truly can't say enough good...
