Zack and Bill were FANTASTIC at not only delivering, setting up, and testing my new washer and dryer - they also hauled away the old machines. When I say hauled away I mean COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED my old units because they would not fit through the door way otherwise. They had to go up and down the stairs to my third floor walk up carrying out my old machine in several trips and pieces to get the old (junker) units out without damaging my rental walls. They set up the new appliances - which also took some deconstruction of the dryer to get it through the doorway), made sure they were quiet and even upon installation, and fully tested both to make sure they were fully functional and I was satisfied. Massively unprofessional. We agreed upon today to pay a bill and now we have to contact to return our objects lol. Y’all kept hounding us, we contacted you multiple times and set up the date.

Despite buying this couch im not authorized, but yet you keep showing up to my door and trying to talk to me after incessantly calling me, but not allowing me to handle anything cause I’m not “authorized” enough to talk back to you, just get harassed.

While delivering the couch that I chose, set up delivery date and received it they busted a wall and window in the hall without even mentioning it to us.

Highly highly recommend Great customer service. I’ve been a customer for a long time now I’ve never written a review and feel just so compelled to. They’ve always done best by me and my family.
