Four months prior to the writing of this review, my father traded his RZR in on a newer limited model. Shortly after I decided that I would buy his trade in. I called the store, spoke with sales and asked for a price. Long story short, I never got one. I don't know if They would not tell me bc I was not standing there or if they just couldn't figure it out. I called several times over the period of a couple of weeks, never got a price. Fast forward to a week before writing this review, I called sales and asked if they had any General 4 1000 models in stock and they did not. I was told they would call me when one came in. My hopes were not high I would ever receive a call, but low and behold 3 days ago the phone rings and it's my salesman. A unit had just come in, and I was the first one to be called. So, feeling like a prick for automatically discretion them, we settled on a deal including a trade in within hours. This was a Thursday, I had a meeting on Friday, but could come in and settle up on Saturday. It worked out bc the unit wasn't even put together after shipment. I spent the next 24 hours dreaming up scenarios my new general and I would get into. Friday night rolls around and I get a call from my salesman. He had taken the day off, and his GM had accidentally sold the unit to someone else. He said it was his fault for not taking a deposit. Frankly, I'm not sure it would have mattered. I was told the unit wouldn't be ready until Saturday at noon anyhow. But whatever.......I just got home from Odessa TX, after meeting the nice folks over at Family Powersports and experiencing such a smooth purchase and trade deal, I think it's worth the extra 1-1/2 drive it takes for me to get there. So long Santa Teresa Motorsports. Nice place, nice products, but when the left arm don't know what right arm is doing things don't pan...

I order 3 parts for the same side eraly February i got two of them correct but one came for the worng side. I came back to return it and they said it would be arround 6 days to get it. The 6 days passed and i never got a call form them so i decided to go again to see if the part was there. When i got there they told me that the part was on back order and it would take about a month or two to get it. I then cancelled the order because i was upset and tired to get it elsewhere but could no find it l. So i decided to reorder it. They told me it would take arround 6 days agian. This time i got a call form them arround 4 daya after i was there syaing the part was there. When i got there they said there was a inventory mistake and they did not have it. They would have to order it again. I was mad but said it was fine. Two weeks later never got a call so i decided to go again in person to see what was going on hopefully they would have my part. Today is may 9 2025 i stopped by to pick up my part but agian was told the part was on back order and it had a eta arrival of August. This is completely unacceptable i spoke with the managaer and they could only start a case with canam to see what was going on. Its been over 3 month trying to get that part with multiple in person visits wasting my time. I would not recomend anyone use them for parts since they mess up on the side and then give you eta on time and never deliver. I am now stuck waiting until augist for that part. That was suppoed to be deliverd mid February. They have not done anything to compensate my time, wasted gas i spent to dive each time. No a very good...

John & Nick where amazing to work with. They’re very knowledgeable and great to talk with. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’ve been here 13 years. Most work I’ve done myself because I wouldn’t ever trust VIVA Powersports. Their service area is a mess. They’ve lost their touch. So having to drive about an hour for AMAZING work, I will. I loved all my photos of everything they did. Was great to follow the work they did. The price for everything was as I expected so I could say it was decent for the work. I had $2600 worth of work done. The first run on the quad was great. Everything was as it should be. Even the shift to neutral was factory stiff again haha. They order everything correctly. I very happy with their work and I look forward to actually taking it out tomorrow and Saturday to the track. REPLACE YOUR STOCK BASKET 😂😂😂

June 25th Came in because I was having clutch cable issues. Nothing to do with the above work. Just needed it tighten up a little. They took the one side of my quad bars apart and fixed the issue I was having with not getting enough pull on the levers. They adjusted it too. All this was free and and awesome convo with them. Big shout out to Paul their tech super. He did the work himself. This place is by far the best in the area. They are all very knowledgeable and so nice.
