United States Postal Service — Local services in Sunland Park

I'm writing this review to inform people how unreliable the Sunland Park Post Office is at delivering our mail correctly. I've taken complaints all the way to the State level with little change in service levels. I say this because continually we get other people's mail for years now. A few weeks back we received approx 6 pieces of a lady's mail that even lives in a different subdivision from ours, and I quickly took it back to the P. O. I then asked where our mail was and I was told by suprv that we didnt have any mail. I explained that we've numerous invoices not delivered through the yrs, and merely apologized. This past week we realized our electric bill hadnt come, so we verified that in fact it was mailed [20 yrs] and it just happens that it was during the same period prev mentioned that i was told "we had no mail". This type of service is unacceptable and continues because there's no other option for mail service, and the civil service folks seem to think whatever level of service they provide is what we will live with and accept. I hope others will realize that when your mail doesnt arrive correctly, or when you get someone else's mail that it's not a simple one time mistake. Maybe if we take more of these issues to the Governor, instead of their inside depts, something will cause a few people to get a different job and moved out. The lady with the long nails is very helpful and great! She gives specific instructions on what she needs and how everything should be in order to give passports, send packages, etc. She’s obviously been doing it so long and everyone is just sensitive when it comes to not getting what they want from her. It’s obviously because she knows what she’s talking about and TOLD YOU specifically how everything should be before you are able to get your packages sent or a passport done. She’s a very hard worker and clearly she gets stuff DONE the way it is...

I can't seem to be comfortable in this location ever since a lady with ridiculously long nails got hired (I don't know how else to describe her) She's always rude to me and I do not understand why. I find myself driving all the way to the post office in El Paso quite often just to avoid being treated like that by her. I did not want to write this review but I just could not take it anymore, as I was walking through the building I could hear her talking bad about me to her co workers in the back room.
