Your prices are to high. Especially with spotty service. Great plains made etc worse then it was. Your trying to get everyone one on the firestick for cable service. You don't answer comments or messages that's sent on your app. Your main company is in Nebraska but can't even get the service right in indiana somewhat rural area. The broadcast fee is something you should eat since it's supposedly the law. Along with the recovery fee. I'm paying for internet and cable. I don't own the company so I shouldn't be charged the fees that the law (government) charges you for having a broadcast company. The radio doesn't charge me and the cell phone company which offers the same as you in broadcast form with towers they only charge a small service fee..
To great plains company. Answer to your reply since I can't reply from your comment. I did call the number you gave in comment and did for residential on your auto answer and the lady that answered had no clue what I was calling for. She did mention she could give pricing but had no clue about the reply someone left on Google maps. The call is recorded for traning purposes. So go back over my call for today. Thus happened to outlets from the pods great plains is using....
Read moreAn amazing company if you want really slow internet that slows down even more at night, gives you dialup if you use 75 GB, and lie to you. Just fantastic how they at first claimed to have unlimited data, but then all of a sudden you get dialup so you call to ask why, they respond with they sent emails explaining how they aren't getting enough cash SOOOOOOOOO they capped everyone. Except they didn't send emails. No one in my household received a single email. Not only that but my brother recently called them to ask if they would use the fact that Net Neutrality is gone to their advantage. Their response? "They aren't sure yet". I call red flag. If you are thinking about trusting this company to be your internet provider, I'd think twice...
Read moreWe first worked with Brett Stowasser. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer any questions we had. He was at our home several times telling us what was going to happen, flagging the yard appropriately and ultimately installing all the necessary equipment. The guys who laid the conduit and cable were Brad Fox and Tyler Weberding. I am very particular about my yard and they had a fair amount of ground to cover. When they were finished I couldn’t even tell where they had been. It was that good. Anyway they were all extremely professional . Don’t lose these people they’d be hard to replace in my opinion. Wish all businesses had associates like this taking care of the...
