My girlfriend's car got towed here, it had an engine code that put the car into limp home mode. They had the car for a day, didn't call when they said they would, and then said the car had to go to a dealer and that we could pick up the car. When we got there to pick up the car, the engine code was not present - we called and confirmed they cleared the code. Luckily we took a picture of the code and can take that to the dealer, but sure would be nice if the code was still on the car so the dealer could read it directly...........Will never have a car towed here again.
