Let me quite honest I was definitely waiting to provide my review. I’ve provided a great review in the past and I’ve use your services for a few years also recommending my family and friends to your business not having any issues. But this time around I definitely was not happy with my experience or the communication. There has been many times I’ve used your service and you’ve not picked up your chairs from my house til days later and I never was rude or threaten to charge you with a storage fee. Yet due to ppl schedule this time I wake up to text pretty much threw them me if you can’t get chairs at a certain time you are going to charge me more. Mind you I am a business owner myself and I never take from anyone else it’s just your schedule with no direct communication or time to pick up did not fit our schedule. I communicated asking could you pick up at a certain time so I felt the message sent was not caused for when you have done service with me for a while and my family. I surely was rubbed the wrong way this round and this definitely had my husband tell us to now invest in our own chairs which I definitely will do. I can say I will no longer use this company and I’m one of the most loyal and honest people ever but when I’m talked to in such manner that makes it seem I’m trying to take from someone I end the services asap. I feel if you communicate better in all areas because it was even delay in ordering chairs as well but I wit proceed edit with services. But I’m going to say I’m one less customer you have...
