I went in may 4th 2023 for some bass speakers because my oem 2016 ford mustang bass speakers were blown and as soon as i ask they hand me a bad quality infinity speakers for vocal and now i have no bass at all and when i turn the bass all the way up it sounds very bad they told me to turn all the bass down and it’ll work but i went in just to fix the bass and they crossed wires from my vocals to bass trying to give me some bass and it didnt work now it just sounds distorted as he was trying to put my door panel back on i seen the tall skinny man jose with a older blaackk roush mustang break a door clip off and me not realizing till i got home they broke my window/lock switch clip and its now hanging so i cant really touch my window or lock button i went back 2 days after cuz of work and the people who helped me before weren’t there that day also they told me to come back again and i havent seen them since heres the proof of my window switch being broken definitely not worth the $200 i spent and definitely not recommending anyone here ever thats why they have a lawsuit going on as we speak for a car burning down. I have a buddy of mine who’s car almost caught on fire and one whole side of his car has no sound today as of 6/26/23 if i could give them 0 stars i would. I got some work done from these guys a month and a half ago. The person they had working on my car drilled holes in my back seat to mount the amp without even asking me was it ok. I didn’t trip I just wish someone would of asked first. I didn’t say anything I was just happy I had some sounds in my car. Just recently the amp fell off the seat and the wires came undone. I went up there a few days ago for them to fix it the owner said no problem he’ll have one of his guys take care of me . After waiting and waiting the guy told me to come back in the am because they was so busy so I did. The next day people act like they don’t know me. The owner the same guy I talked to the day before was being funny. He said I need my receipt mind you this was a month and a half ago. I told him I didn’t have it or knew where it was. I asked his employee behind the counter do they keep Copies of purchases he said yes but he not about to dig for mines because it’s to many. The owner said nothing! To add to that they asked who did the work on my car. It’s so many different people up there like I’m gone remember that. I feel like after they get your money their done with you. I do not recommend this place, a long time ago I took my car to have a stereo installed and they left me with many electrical problems, they did not give me a reactive and now my car does not start, it was a waste of time and money ... I arrived on a Monday around at 10 AM and they delivered the car to me until 4 PM, I understand that they may have work , more than a month ago I took my car to them and suddenly I had many electrical problems and the check engine came on, very bad work they made me I take pictures of the connections and all the work they did to me before the electrician could repair my car, I'm still waiting for my car but all the problems started since the stereo was installed...
