Love this place! The location is safe, convenient, and always clean—with plenty of parking. Everyone is super friendly, especially the owners. It’s clear that everyone here takes real pride in their work—the energy is positive, professional, and you can tell they care about every client who walks through the door.

I’ve been going to Megan for years, and her work speaks for itself. I get compliments daily on my hair color. The best one? “Omg, I thought that red was your natural color!” I hear it all the time.

Megan really takes the time to listen to my requests and always prioritizes the health of my hair. It’s so frustrating not having the right fit with a stylist—when you finally find the right one, it’s such a breath of fresh air. I’ve even sent a few hard-to-please family members to Megan… and now they’re sold, too.

Bonus: there’s an adorable boutique inside that pulls me in every time—and I’m definitely not mad about it.

I am a very last minute client & they seem to always squeeze me in! That being said, I take whoever I can get that day for an appointment and I’ve never left disappointed (colors or cuts). These girls are true professionals. The reason I will always come back as I go in frequently for products is because of Sandy! She is so personable and accommodating. I have always had such a great experience at identity salon! Lacey does an amazing job of listening to and doing what I want. She’s great at giving advice and answering questions. She won’t let you leave until you and her are both satisfied. Along with Lacey, the rest of the staff is amazing! They were very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door.
