I had a truly terrible experience at this location, and I feel compelled to share it. I brought my special needs son here, hoping for a positive experience, but unfortunately, the staff was nothing short of rude, judgmental, and incredibly impatient. Instead of offering the understanding and support that my son deserves, they made him feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The way they interacted with him left him feeling down about himself, which is heartbreaking as a parent. Everyone deserves respect and compassion, especially those who face unique challenges, and it's clear that this staff does not understand the importance of creating a welcoming, kind environment.

Excellent shopping experience! We are local and visited on a particularly hot day. Our beloved Cocker Spaniel Tucker was enjoying himself in our van's a/c with fresh water however, the lady at the register told us that he was welcome in the building. YES! From the lovely lady with the jewelry as you walk in the door to the talented lady with the paint selection/classes, each staff member was absolutely wonderful! They also offer a much cooler atmosphere compared to other large resale shops. Beware, this swan powder bowl was sold to me as Vaseline glass. It was clearly labeled Vaseline glass and I did not have my trusty blacklight with me, but trusted that it was what it was labeled as. I paid $25 dollars for it. I had multiple other smalls that I decided to put back to purchase this because I collect swans and Vaseline glass and this would be my first combo of my two loves.
