
A practice basket greets you when you drive up to the water tower. This course is very well laid out, well marked easily navigated and nice signage at each hole with the hole layout, distance and par rating. Each hole has a 4'x10' rubber tee pad. The course is mainly level, it is on the coast after all. You will throw every shot in your bag, hyzer, a hyzer, flick, etc. this isn't your typical 3shots and done course. A couple are over 400 ft. There are water features on a couple of holes, but well built, sturdy walk bridges keep you clean. No trash was on the course. Mostly wooded (shaded) except the two that go around "silo row", which are picturesque. All tees are short walks from each basket, but well protected from incoming discs. Read moreThus is the best 9 hole course I've played in my years playing. Excellent condition. Broom sticks at each hole, Nice legend signs 👌 are accurate and detailed. Beautiful pine straw everywhere helps keep the weeds down. We played 2 rounds and enjoyed it. Hole 9 was my most challenging. Definetly try this course out, y'all. We stayed at north topsail beach for labor day and drove 25 minutes to get there. My only small issue was, It was very humid and sticky at 12 noon. Welcome to eastern NC!! Have fun...
