Horrendous service, would NOT RECOMMEND. I called for pricing and was told $23 for acrylics with a student discount. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes before they sat me down. The lady glued the tips but left in the middle to do another customer's nails, making me wait 30 more minutes. Someone else came and when they asked me to pay, I asked if she could go lower, considering I had to wait 50 minutes, but she said no because she was giving me $7 off already, claiming that the nails were really $30. They made me feel very unwelcome and I tried to call several times and couldn’t get anyone to pick up prior for an appointment and drove an hour because they said they would work me in When I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone only to be turned away. I would be OK with that except for they were kind of rude the lady in the chair expressing to me that I should’ve made an appointment while laughing and speaking in a different language. Update-May 2025 I have been to this salon numerous times and nothing is ever good. The service is awful. They always try to secretly up charge you. I got a pedicure with callus removal and the tech didn’t do the callus removal and was shady about it. She told me “if you don’t need it they don’t do it” but I am paying for it… I also picked out a color and when the tech put it on and it looked awful. I tried to discuss it with them but of course “I was in the wrong”. Bad service. Bad vibes. I have seen the owner be really rude to others many times before. Never...
