Can I just say Zero Stars! I bought a couch, chair and ottoman. When I went it the sales lady was so helpful, the first time. Within a month the couch had a problem. I heard wood crack and the seat was sitting too low on one side. They sent a repair person out to look at it. He said he couldn't see anything wrong on the inside but it was obvioius it had a problem. He took pictures and said if they offer me a replacement to look at something from a different manufacturer. Which they did. I went to the store and they called the same sales lady that helped me in the first place to come help me. Once she found out it was a return and replace she could not have been less helpful or more rude. Nothing I liked was available for over a month and when they figured up what I would have money wise to exchange they shorted me 500 dollars. No explaination as to why at all. Just I was only given an amount 500 less then what the set cost. Needless to say I walked out called the corporate and told them to just send a replacement. Now this one is already starting to have problems and I have only had it a couple of months. I have always had someone to help me with purchases like this but being a widow I had to go it alone. They saw me coming and took full advantage of me. I will never recommend RTG and I will never buy...
   Read moreWorst customer service ever. I made a purchase almost a month ago bedroom set over $3400. We were supposed to receive it after two weeks. Bed full of scratches, damaged drawer and night stand, we had to wait for another 2weeks to get the night stand and hopefully they will fix the drawer meanwhile no apologies. Day j night stand damaged again same spot. Called the store and requested talking to the sales person Trey they have told me he was off and when I started complaining the lady said hold on he is here. He listened to my complain and asked me to stay on hold while he transfer me to the manager who refused to talk to me. I was told I will receive a call back from manager after 15 min. No call back until after 3 hours from corporate customer service again no one apologized properly. No discount was made to ease my anger and no special delivery to get my night stand as soon as possible. By the way I’m am expecting a baby any moment and they have take in consideration anything. I would recommend to all futur customers do not buy any thing from Rooms to go worst customer service...

Aside from lying about when your delivery will be, you can also be conned into paying $100 for a pathetic excuse of a “warranty”. I was told my warranty covered any damage aside from “beaks or claws”, however upon further investigation (stemming from multiple people’s similar complaints), I realized I’m covered only for food, nail polish, or ball point pen ink. The best part was even further down the five-page, 8-sized font ridiculousness. I was asked if I had pets, and told If they happen to have any accidents on the furniture, it would be covered. But according to the fine print, it’s not covered. Now, this wasn’t what sold me, but to blatantly lie to someone’s face, isn’t just bad business, it’s completely scummy. So, congratulations for securing over $1300 of my money by lying! Glad to see it’ll keep you operating your sad excuse of a business. I guess there is, in fact a valid reason for your 1 1/4 Star on the better business...
