We stopped by The Market to buy a chicken and spent about $50 trying sodas, fried catfish and playing games. The grocery store is unassuming but it has some of the best food.

The whole chickens are SMOKED. Having lived in Texas I can confirm this chicken rivals any smoked meat you have ever tried. 10/10 and only $7.99 for the entire bird.

Thank you to the staff and management of The Market in Sweet Springs for allowing our product to be sold on their shelves. Prices are too high for the Quality. The extra money you spend here for groceries you can easily spend on gas to get decent food elsewhere. Home town grocery without caring for the hometown people. My father always told me "Two fast nickels is better than one slow dime". Store is full of expiring slow dimes. And the reward points fall off...
