First, I'd like to say that the sausage you make is excellent!! All my meat that I got was cut to order....My only problem was that I ordered heart, liver and kidneys and only got the heart. I ordered Loin, but got none. Kind of dissapointed that that happened. All in all an ok experience, would have like to have gotten all the hog (heart.liver, kidneys) since I paid for it...and would have liked it cut so that I got loin, since that's what I asked for. Took a deer in, ordered "2" roasts and the rest hamburger with some summer sausage and jerky. Got back 10 roasts, sausage, jerky, and some burger. 10, not 2, wasted alot of burger and have had alot of bone bits in the jerky so far. Wont be back ...

Very good meat, but it's also very expensive and it's not any better then and other butcher shop, also they charge you an additional 12% for using a credit card like stores did in the 90's when cc's where the exception instead...
