Gore's Florist & Gift Shop — Local services in Tabor City

I ordered "pretty in pink azalea plant" and and "premium blooming joy bouquet" for my grandma as it was her birthday and 2 days later mother's day. My grandma received a peace Lilly and a peace Lilly bouquet. The shop did not call to discuss replacements or other options, just sent some guys out with funeral flowers on her special day. What's worse is she just got rid of all the peace lillys from my grandfather's funeral so thanks for that. I understand it was a same day order but I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss other options or a refund. I strongly dislike leaving negative reviews for small business but this was so disrespectful. What I paid wasn't cheap and to find out from her that she received peace Lillie's was such a shock I feel like the negative review is warranted. This is not how business is done. My husband’s Aunt passed last week and we live in Florida. We got on the internet in search of a reputable Florist in Taber City. After reading the out standing reviews from their customers that recommended Gores Florist, we went with them and they did not disappoint. The Flowers were absolutely beautiful, and received many compliments on them from family and friends that went to the funeral.
