This is certainly the nicest place I have gone to for glasses. It’s also evident the entire staff really care about your eye care. It also seems to be a very high-tech office considering the thoroughness of the exam and the equipment used. All of the staff was caring and listened very well to my concerns and needs. I had trouble with my insurance being accepted, through no fault of theirs. Had a good exam but thought I would go ahead and spend a lot of money to order a pair of glasses with them for the first time. a month later I finally get my right glasses they forgot my bifocals, would’ve felt better if they would’ve offered a discount or even 10% on my next visit ! did not even offer to expedite the correct lenses. the bifocals when I finally got them look like two stickers stuck on the outside of my glasses and this is the most expensive pair I have ever purchased over $300 ! got them off the Internet last time much better will never order glasses through...

My 4 year old daughter was having eye pain so I brought her to see Dr. Williams. He did so good with her exam and my daughter felt comfortable to focus on the slides being shown to her. They have always helped my children have a good experience during their exams. The kids love the silly animal pictures on the walls wearing glasses. Such a good environment. As it turned out, my daughter needed glasses and they got her taken care of. They had a fun assortment of frames for her to pick from. She looks so cute in her little glasses. We love Keys Eye...
