Cantina Bravo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Tahlequah

So tonight we decided to stop at the Y and eat at Cantina Bravo Mexican Grill Everything is going good we get our food and clint starts to feed bowen (8month old baby) some beans and chicken and bowen was eating good and out of no where he starts crying and we cant figure out why he is crying!! ( MIND YOU PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT US) so clint said get that piece of chicken out of his mouth maybe he cant chew it up good so i go to stick my finger in his mouth and i pull out this THING THAT LOOKS LIKE A GOAT HEAD😠 I SHOW CLINT IT AND TOLD HIM HE NEEDED TO GO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS CAUSE THIS IS NOT OK. THEY GAVE US OUR MEAL FOR FREE BUT HE COULD HAVE REALLY BEEN HURT BY THIS! GUYS THIS THING IS SHARP!!! I asked to keep it just in case i have to take him to the hospital if he gets sick.. WE WONT BE EATING HERE ANYMORE SO WATCH YOUR FOOD IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO EAT HERE

No one greeted us when we walked thru the door , menus thrown on the table at us , salsa tasted like it was a few days old , salsa was also very over salted and tasted like it set out for a week , with extra salt to hide the off taste , absolutely disgusting . Service was terrible , no offers on refills , trying to ask for my sour cream on the side and server walked right by our table and ignored me . The chips for the nachos deluxe was absolutely terrible . It ruined the whole meal . The cheese looked very old and dry . We decided that we will not be back . I get they have bad days , but we was one of two tables there . We're not paying $40 for such terrible customer service , very old chips and salsa , and food that we won't even eat . My husband didnt even touch his beans or rice . Dont waste your money with this place . Much better mexican restaurants around that actually strive to please...

Worst experience ever. I ordered for pickup. When I first walked in, the host just stared at me. We stared back and forth for about 45 seconds before she realized that SHE should be greeting ME. To make things better, they forgot my drinks and my sons food. After waiting 28 minutes for our drinks, we got the wrong drinks! Two dr peppers. Not complicated. They still hadn’t given me my sons food. They ended up stopping me before I left and giving it to me. By now, the food is already cold, and when I got to my car, I realized my guacamole and salsa was pouring out of the bag because they put two tiny cups on the bottom of a huge bag of food. Get home, open my nachos, only to notice that there’s LITERALLY 4 chips and about two lbs of chicken on it. No sour cream, cheese, or tomatoes like they list on their menu. My husbands quesadilla couldn’t even be chewed it was so...
