Full of old, grouchy people that are not native but pretend to be and dictate nasty rules that infringe on a joyful stay. Don't let your kids laugh, play music or bring your dogs. Barking for more than 10 minutes or intermittently within a 30 minute period is a cardinal sin, even though the coyotes do it. Plus, trees are way too close to the street. Dead ones are not trimmed back and many come down during storms.They did during our stay. We were trapped without a way to leave. Someone is going to get killed in this place one day by a falling tree. My understanding is that residents are not allowed to cut certain trees without special permission. No color in this place either due to strict guidelines on what residents can and can't plant. This place is stuck in 1970 something with the architecture and dated rules/residents. Save your money and go somewhere that feels like a peaceful vacation spot with the ability to enjoy and live fee.
