Disappointed with their service so far. We ordered a couch back in November and were told it would arrive in early December. It's backordered and the date changes to January- no big deal. The date gets pushed again (again, no big deal) but then the day finally comes that it's supposed to arrive (3 days ago) and we get a text confirming it's on the way- but it never shows. Same exact thing happens the next day (yesterday). My husband decides to work from home to make sure he's around when it arrives- still no show. Then we get a text saying they "attempted to deliver." Nope, we have a ring and my husband was home all day and can prove they were never at our house. Now today, we don't hear a word from anyone. My poor husband calls like 18 times just to hear one stop say over and over that it's "on it's way" and they can't reach their delivery service so they have to assume it will be delivered today. That is super unprofessional- find a delivery service that's reliable! Then One Step tells my hubby that if we decide to cancel we will have to pay 15%. Umm, no. I'm really hoping they can turn this around and either find our couch and get it to us or give us a FULL refund. Just super...
