Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tallassee

I pulled up 15 minutes until closing on a Thursday and Zander J. and crew were perfectly willing to be very sweet to me and make anything that I needed.

The dining room was closed, so I thought they were closed but then I saw someone drive to the drive-thru and I followed them. I saw Zander being nice and accommodating to the car in front of me so I decided to try to order.

He told me what I ordered wasn't already made but it would be ready in 15 minutes. I didn't see or hear anyone complain in the kitchen. So I decided to buy a little more, And I asked him what was already ready - He said he would go check. When he came back and told me I decided to take the pepperoni pizza off of their hands, in case they didn't have any more customers tonight. I was grateful for him going the extra miles for me.

They brought everything out to the car for me when it was ready!

Today I attempted to place an order through the app and chose a meal deal of 2 large, 1 topping pizza's for $4.99 each. Applied the discount code and when I went to check out I was given nearly a $20 total. I didn't place the order, but did call and spoke to a rep at the store and questioned. She claimed she didn't know how online app orders worked and asked the manager for assistance. The manager claims to not know about the special deal they have offered for their location and couldn't help me. Needless to say you've lost another valuable customer. One would think that after being shut down for so long and upon reopening you would have a managerial staff that could answer any questions you may have about products you advertise as being available. If you're not going to honor items at your location they shouldn't be available...

It's in an old building that really needs an update to it. The pizza I get there is always good. But the last time I went to get a pizza there I was trying to order it on the app because I had a code for a free item. The app wouldn't work at all so I called them and told them what was going on and after telling me that my order had to be placed on the app for the free item and since it wasn't working they said there was nothing they could do because no one in there knew anything about the app and that they couldn't help me any further than that. That was just a personal experience, so don't base ot on the place as a whole. Other than that...
