Los Amigos Grocery & Meats — Local services in Tampa

This store is dingy they let cats roam around and people please check what they charge you. They are over charging on some items. The cigars that are marked $1.19 which should be $1.27 with tax they are charging up $1.44. They get gallon water from Walmart and up charge $4.99 ( for a $1 gallon $4 dollar profit.) The new owners came took over the store and are taking advantage of the people in the neighborhood. We have 2 other stores in the neighborhood and they don’t over charge like them. I have started a complaint with the BBB so they can investigate because this is crazy. Great staff! Very sweet and kind, very helpful. Has most items you'll imagine needing at a local store. Snax and drinks, dinner canned items. Spanish food items. Even fresh meats and sub sandwiches made to order. Though the store is clean, the deli section could use some deeper cleaning, don't be put-off by the smells lol. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the deli section needing some extra cleaning...

Prices are very high at our two other stores in neighbourhood for the small regular size Gatorade is a $1, here at Los Amigos they are $1.79 each. New owners are not to much people oriented they are very serious, do not smile and pretty much have an eye on every single person who comes in like their going to steal.
