It's hard to say how grateful we are for the incredible customer service and experience we recently had at Quality Auto Repair. We were on our way home from dropping our daughter off in eastern Missouri and were headed back home to Denver when our car died on the highway late on a Sunday night. We were truly in the middle of nowhere and very unsure of where to go. Thankfully, the tow truck driver recommended Quality Auto and we trusted his recommendation. Although it took a couple of days (mainly due to getting parts), everyone was wonderful. Bill took it upon himself to get out car back on the road, and every one of the staff was intent on getting us home. What could have been a very rough situation, was made so much better by excellent customer service, fantastic repair and diagnostics, and just an overall willingness to go the extra mile. I last min needed a part to get my car back on the road. Thank you to Alex, Mike, and justin right before closing they took my vehicle straight in and minutes later it was repaired.
