I have a great experience with this business! The owner named Sonny is fantastic, easy to work with, knowledgeable in his trade, skilled and treats your car/truck like his. First, he installed my rock lights and my big tow mirrors. On my second visit he installed my 2 10’s Bass speaker plus amplifier. Both experiences were great and smooth. Rock lights were really bright and flawlessly installed like factory. The big tow mirrors installation are also on spot. All features were all working excellently such as sequential lighting, turn signals, back up lights, heated mirrors and the blind spot monitor. Lastly, I decided to replace the factory JBL bass speaker with 2 10inch bass speaker. What a big difference in quality and sound. They deliver superb quality sound like it should be. It felt like I am back in oldschool with such a nice sound setup. The box looks factory, fits like a glove and performs well. All setup were all good with no damage or scratch done in my truck. This business is the Real Deal. I approached this business several s weeks ago asking for an estimate to install an aftermarket radio in a newly acquired 2010 Mazda Miata. Pricing seemed very fair and Reviews on line were very positive. Sonny (office sales staff/owner) set up a time for the install and asked me to bring by the items I had to make sure everything would be on hand the day of the install. After looking over what I had it was realized I needed one additional item to accommodate all the features of the new radio. The item needed was in stock so at the store so we were ready to go.

The day of the install I dropped the car of and received a call that it was ready about a half hour earlier than I expected.

The Technician, Caleb's installation exceeded my expectations. The added GPS antenna and phone mic were installed in convenient locations. Antenna is picking everything up well and the mic works so well that I could carry on a conversation even with the top down.

Sonny is well versed in these products and was very thorough in analyzing what I wanted to accomplish. I very much appreciate the way I was treated and with the work they did for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Xtreme Sound. I purchased a steering wheel control at the highest markup I’ve ever seen—complete price gouging. Throughout multiple conversations, we clearly discussed the parts needed to complete the installation of a stereo and a backup camera. I was told repeatedly that the installation would cost $125.

After waiting two weeks for my appointment, I show up only to be told that the price is now $185. This shows a complete lack of seriousness, professionalism, and poor management. One of the employees even said, “Well, it’s not that much of a difference.” But this isn’t just about the money—it’s about your reputation as a business and your word as a man.
