Dollar General — Local services in Taylor Township

I'm a manager at one of the top 5 3PL's im the world and am truly disgusted that a company as large as dollar general cannot respond to multiple inquires at corporate. The current manager, Jen, is truly worthless, the store is un kept and disgusting. She relies on everyone to do her job however some.of the employees have handicaps. I applaude dollar general for hiring diversity, but it's quite disturbing the amount of pressure put on those that are capable of.doing their jobs. Honestly, the Hustontown DG is 7 miles from my house but ill stop elsewhere. Treat people better, get a manager that knows how to manage. Whoever manages that store and those above her should be ashamed . It's a small community that relies on the store and it's utterly appalling. Horrible Place to shop , the place opens at 8 but if your there waiting on them to open they will be sure to take there time and come out and smoke before they open and when your in the store the employees are constantly pushing you around the store because for some reason every time you stop to look at something they suddenly need in that area , once is normal but when its a pattern the whole visit its a little aggravating and aggressive not to mention insanely rude , the prices are high for such a cheap selection ....in conclusion go to dollar tree or walmart at least then there is a decent selection to go along with the...

It is convenient having a store so close with mostly low prices. The way the store is stocked though seems unplanned. I found the same type of item in three different locations and then you will have two isles of food or snaps next to the isle of car supplies followed by another isle of food.
