This is the WORST liquor/convenience store in the area!

Reasons why: they surcharge every card purchase, even if it is debit ( which is illegal) and they don’t have that posted anywhere, ( also illegal) I’ve even asked if there was a minimum and was told no but still charged their dairy cooler is always room temperature they buy expired bread from Aldis and charge close to $4 for it -they lack customer service skills that are vital to running a business (I.e. continuing a phone call while checking you out) bottle return gives you store credit only and if you get back more then what you spent.. it’s the stores profit, meaning if I took back $7 in bottles and only spent $4 they won’t give me the remaining cash im owed. they don’t accept ebt cards because they got caught accepting them for things that aren’t covered. drug dealers complete transactions in the parking lot and they (staff) used to be involved with the cocaine business, they also got caught doing that.

How this store is still open and run by the same people is beyond me, but save yourself some money and go to the gas station up about a mile right after trinity...

The guy who runs this store is a jerk and a swindler. If you use a debit or a credit card, he adds 50¢ to your transaction, even if you're spending $20+. I've been shorted change here and overcharged multiple times.

There are signs posted that they won't accept more than $5 in bottle returns, and that they won't refund cash for recycled bottles, only in-store credit. Frankly, the DLEG regulators should review his license over these practices since they are illegal.

On one occasion, I was shopping in the store and a customer was laughing with the clerk making racist jokes and using racial slurs. I confronted both of them about it and the clerk brushed it off. I was infuriated and beyond offended.

This place is three blocks from my house, so I've tried to give it multiple chances, but it's bad... And I mean, BAD. There are several other convenience stores in walking distance of this place. I will never...

My “go to” corner store for anything, I live not too far and the owners are like friends, their sons who also work there; to the stock/maintenance man, everyone in their staff are friendly and have great customer service. I can call and ask if an item is there, they know their stores inventory very well while also glad to check to make sure they have it in stock. Great for liquor purchase too, just asking the counter cashier they will often have sales and deals along with...
