Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Tega Cay

This location sucks! I tried calling multiple times, every time I called their phone number, the call was disconnected. I could not leave a voicemail or ever got in contact with someone at the store. So I ended up having to call the customer service phone number and waited to speak with someone. I needed to know if this location had a pet washing station. I finally got confirmation about the pet washing station and headed to the store. From there I asked if I could buy 2 washes because my dog doesn’t like other dogs and I needed the privacy. I was told yes and proceeded to wait with my dog outside. When I went back inside she then informed me that it didn’t matter if I bought 2 washes they would still sell the other tub to another dog if they came in. Even though I had given her my number to let me know. Even though I waited and waited. Even though I was willing to buy 2 washes. Even though it took me forever to find out the information about the pet wash station in the first place and never got a hold of anyone at the store by phone. I don’t understand their lack of communication and willingness to help. What a waste of half my day and gas. In...

We visit this store frequently because it is convenient to where me live. When visiting there recently we asked about veterans discounts and they told us my husband would have to verify his veteran status online and add it to our Tractor Supply Membership. We did this which took a little extra time. At that point we were told we could use the 5% off veteran discount 1 time each quarter and we could get 10% on military holidays. We tried to use this 1 time per quarter 5% off coupon today at the Lake Wylie store and even though I was able to sign in to my membership and see my name on my rewards membership I was told that the system to receive that Veterans discount was down. The cashier stated that it is down frequently. So disappointed to have done the work to register and verify my husband for his service to this country and Tractor Supply can’t give him the 4 time a year discount they claimed he would receive. The other day I came in with a problem with my dog. The first time I came she greates me and asked I needed any help, she took the time to explain products and walk me through how to use them. I failed to follow some of Brandis recommendations. Then I came back in a second time and purchased the product she recommended and took her advise. It was amazing! Her welcoming greeting, professionalism, and her knowledge was far superior then any other customer service I have ever encountered.

I will continue coming to this store because of her knowledge, her leadership with her team in the store, and what she bring to the community helping all the customers coming into the store.

I truly believe her knowledge ans customer service is second to none. She needs to be recognized for all her hard work, detecation, and leadership she provide to her staff...
