I had a fabulous massage from Jim. Initially, to be fully transparent, the massage got off to a rough start. The reason: the customer in the adjoining room was inordinately loud. Her conversation was so loud that I could hear every word. It was definitely not relaxing and not the vibe you'd want for a pampering body massage. Jim knew it was distracting and that I was not able to relax. He quietly asked me if I would prefer to reschedule . We did so! I was back an hour and a half later and I felt fabulous. I was very grateful to Jim and to Gallaher Spa for helping me to reschedule.

My first experience with this med spa totally met and in most cases exceeded my expectations!!! Every staff member was a professional laced with kindness and caring beginning with the Receptionist Darsey! The skill of Jim and Tiffiney was abundantly evident from the first moment.
