Went there for some wire, im not an electrician, just the average homeowner. Well i ended up getting this kid to help me with long bushy red hair. He had no idea how to help me. I brought in a sample piece of the wire i needed and HE asked me what kind of wire it was and what size. Come on, if you work in a hardware store you should know something about what you are doing. This kid had no idea what i needed or how to help me. Thankfully an older gentleman named charlie was there and stopped me on my way out and asked if i found everything i needed. I explained to him that i had not and that i need some of this wire. Charlie promptly went to the shelf and was able to get me the wire i needed. He even knew the size of the wire just by looking at it. A few months later i went back looking for charlie to help me again but i couldn't find him. When i asked if he was available another employee told me he had left for another opportunity. I have bought mulch for years from this store and I have always been extremely pleased! This year we used around 18 scoops and had a professional landscape for me. It looked GREAT, nice and black and then it rained that night and the next day...ALL OF THE BLACK IS GONE!! This mulch looks 10 years old! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED knowing I will have to pay the landscaper for this BELOW QUALITY MULCH!! The landscapers did a great job, as always....but this Mulch is TERRIBLE!! I will NEVER buy from this store again and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone! I will be sure and show pictures of this mess...

Prices are a bit high here, but they probably cater mostly to the wealthier surrounding neighborhood. It's closer by than anyplace else, though, so i stop by sometimes, mostly to use the postal services or look at sale plants. The sign on the door says protective masks are optional for customers, and most customers were without, although employees are required to wear them. Not one employee wore a mask during our visit.
