My nails look ok. I arrived for my appt at 12:30 today and the girl gave me the colors to look at and then went in the break room and didn’t come out for awhile. It was just weird and unorganized. They didn’t seem to understand I had an appt. She was talking to her male coworker and they looked like they were arguing a bit. They had some sort of issues with scheduling as a lady showed up for her appointment and they told her to come back in 45 min. She left angry. She was upset and I didn’t blame her. That’s how you lose paying customers. You could tell they did not have a good system with the appts/walk ins because of the way they acted when people came in. They told another lady to come back in 30 min and then weren’t ready so she said she’d come back at 3. The tech that did my nails was kinda of nice but hard to communicate with. It was my first time coming in so it was not a good first impression at all on their professionalism. I doubt I will return…. Kind of...

The staff here is very racist. I came here on Mother’s Day with my mom and the treatment we got was very rude. They did not cut our cuticles and did a very sloppy job on our nails and when I asked the staff about it, they tried to fix it but were rude about it. My mom got a pedicure but they did not even scrub her ankles! Overall, the treatment was bad, my mom doesn’t speak much English and they did not treat us well at all. This is the third time I’ve come in to have a full set done-only to be sat in a chair for an hour and then told they actually “don’t have time today.” I am beyond upset with the management/owner of this business.
