Brown haired not in shape hostess began to help seat usâŚ.. but than got distracted by a waitress and spent 10 minutes working on gift cards and talking to waitresses. She than looked at our party as if we were insane and tilted her head to the side saying âcan I help youâ in the most condescending way possible. She than finally sat us down. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and the staff has bad attitude ⌠maybe itâs cause of staffing or manager issues. Regardless this staff needs Gordon Ramsay to give them a swift spanking and retraining. I go to postinos so often and Iâm bummed that this is the on going service here. Anyways the food is tasty but the staff needs training, management needs some help, operations should come run a microscope under this location.
During our stay we watched 6 separate tables leave due to not being helped. And at least 20 people waiting be seated (there were tons of tables needed to be waited on /busted down/ and lots of empty seating) itâs like watching your guys money vanish!! Crazy! In this economy lol!!!
Anyways this is hands down my worst postinos dining experience, and sadly this seems to be a trend at this specific locationâŚ. Hopefully the management and staff get a good wake up call. Review to be...
Read moreI had never been to any of the Postinos. We were running errands and we thought let's go into this place. It took the place of a great eating spot that was clean and airy so we wanted to see what the newish place was. I know it has been there awhile but of course everything with the pandemic and all that. So imagine my surprise when it was so used and dirty looking. I am not sure if that is their theme. It smells like used gym socks or old books in the attic of Nana's house. The meatballs were worth one star at least. The only good part of the meal. The salads were ok but the chicken raspberry is deconstructed and chicken salad with a few bits of green. Like chicken salad from a deli. I missed that bit on the menu. I also asked if there were croutons on the salad..."NO". I know technically 2 large, dry, hard pieces of some kind of week old bread aren't croutons but there is a reason I asked about croutons and the server should have figured that out. I had to remove them asap. On the interesting dide wine was like $5 and I am guessing that is why it was 2/3rds full. I might try a different location to see if the dirty theme is the MO or just the...
Read moreWe recently dined at Positinos, and while the food and drinks were truly wonderful, the service left us feeling a bit overlooked.
We were seated within 10 to 15 minutes, which was reasonable. We were placed outside, which we did not mind, but unfortunately it was in the only section without misters. It was a warm evening, and the lack of airflow made it noticeably uncomfortable, though we chose not to make a fuss.
What made the experience more frustrating was the long wait between visits from our server. Our drinks came out at separate times, and part of our order never arrived until we were finally able to ask about it. To their credit, they did bring out the missing dish for free without us asking, which we appreciated.
However, it was strange to watch three other couples be seated after us, place their orders, enjoy their meals, pay, and leave before we had even received all of our food, drinks, or our check. At several points, we could not find our server or flag anyone down for help.
The atmosphere and menu have a lot of potential, and the food itself was great. With a little more attentiveness from the service team, it could have been an excellent...
