I reserved this spot for a baby shower I was having. The process seemed smoothed when I originally started the reservation. I paid a $50 deposit and was told that as long as I kept the facility clean, that I would receive it back. No problem. Than I come back a week later to find out the room I reserved was not even supposed to be given out. Originally, the staff attempted to steer me down the road to a different facility to have my shower however I spoke with Phil who set all the accommodations and helped very quickly in resolving the issue.

Come my baby shower — I was advised I could have the room 15 minutes earlier than the reservation date. When I went to check in, a blonde haired lady at the front desk was very rude and said I could not have the room at 10:15 but 10:30 and that was that. It’s standard policy and I couldn’t go in. I asked her why her staff would advise different as I needed to set up and she stated she didn’t have an answer and I wouldn’t be getting in the classroom till 10:30. Fine — had my baby shower. Afterwards went up to receive my refund for the deposit and come to find out that information was also wrong! I don’t receive it on my card as advised, I have to wait 6-8 weeks to get it back.

I’m truly upset about the misinformation I received from several staff members and how rude they were when inquiring about it. The facility is nice and clean in general but I won’t be renting from here again. I want to thank the staff for returning during these difficult times.
