I seen the picture of the roundabout for the High School which looks very nice but the safety of all kids getting to school is more important in my book. I'm going to invite all concerning parents to take a drive down South 1st Street, turn East on to Ave N. Drive two blocks to South 2nd Street where there is no stop sign. This corner is where three different buses use this route twice a day for school kids. Only one vehicle can travel on the second block at the same time because the pot hole has water several inches deep. My neighbor told me a vechile hit the pot hole, lost control and it his gas meter in his front yard because the meter is right next to the street. Everyone in the neighborhood was blessed because the gas company addressed the issue immediately. Any and everyone who has kids on a bus that take the above bus route need to inform the City that Safety transporting our kids to schoolcomes first. I have informed the City several times about this disaster they are brewing. They come out but this is coming up toat least three Monty. I recently purchased some more floor tile from this store and am very unsatisfied with Aaron. I know the receipt says they will hold it for 30 days but I questioned that and was told it’s not a problem. I called on day 34 to pick up and was told that he had to use one of my boxes because there were some broken ones in another order. I told him that was fine since I’m not on a rush. I was told that they would receive more in March. I received a voicemail last week to let me know that it was in. This morning I received a phone call from Aaron to inform me very rudely that if someone else came in that he would sell it and not hold it for 2 more weeks. I told him that if it’s a problem I can cancel the order and purchase it somewhere else. I was informed that’s an option. I don’t think you need to talk to a customer like that. Called on Monday April 22 to inquire about pricing on flooring and was told to call back the next day when the manager comes in because he was the only one that could answer my question. I called back the next morning April 23rd and asked to speak with the manager as instructed. The older sounding gentleman that answered the phone would not put me through to the manager nor answer me when I asked if he was the manager. He was confrontational for no apparent reason. When I asked him why he couldn’t transfer me to the manager nor answer if he was the manager he just chuckled and just kept saying “what do you need man”. Completely unprofessional and rude.
