I purchased an entire living room set in May 2024. I noticed when it was delivered that it put together like one of the Amazon sets, and it was basically made of cardboard. I mentioned that I wasn’t really happy with that and the techs explained that most sofas are made that way now. Long story short, I should’ve went with my gut. By July the whole set looked like trash. It’s only sat on maybe an hour per week. I wish I could post photos to truly show how bad this looks. It’s horrible! I contacted the store in July when this started and was told to email photos, which I did. I tried for several more months to keep trying to get a resolution. Finally in November tech was sent out With a bag of stuffing, which definitely wouldn’t correct the issues. The tech told me in November that he was going to speak with someone about exchanging this set. Here it Is a couple of days from February and nothing.
