Polar Texas Bottling — Local services in Temple

These people are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. As a customer picking up a such a large order, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism. Pick up and deliveries are supposed to check in through a call box located near the entrance. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, which was large enough to require a 53' semi trailer mind you, they were pressure washing not 10ft away. When I walked through the gate I was met with 2 men who asked if they could help me. I began to explain when one of the men, I'm assuming was a manager of some sort, interrupted me and sternly told me I needed to go back out the gate and use the call box. I started to explain the situation again, and again I was interrupted. So I just asked if they could turn off the pressure washers so I could use the intercom. But before I could finish my request, I was once again interrupted by the manager and told even more sternly, almost aggressively, that he was done with me and about to call the police if I didn't leave. In over thirty years in business this has to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with. If you have to call them (which you will because their deliveries are completely random, this one so far has taken 2 weeks) you stand a one in fifty chance of ever getting to speak to anyone. No matter which extension you try, no one picks up, and only accounting has a facility for voicemail. How this company manages to stay in business...
