They have really good loaded teas and they have a good flavor selection. I also like their rewards system too. Their prices are kind of on the higher side, but they have lowered them recently and their drinks are still good as a nice treat every once in a while. I also didn't know that loaded teas have a lot of caffeine, but thankfully I'm used to it.
