ZERO STARS PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS BUSINESS. I placed and order for an arrangement to be sent to a local funeral home for an employee of our company that lost a family member. I received confirmation the order was received, being processed and the delivery date. After a week, when the employee returned to work, I learned flowers were NEVER delivered. I called the business and only got a voicemail. I contacted the business via email and I am awaiting a refund. I understand service failures happen, but after a week, someone from this company should have notified paid customers that their order would not be delivered. The hardest part of this, is knowing that our faithful employee went through this time of bereavement and was hurt thinking that the company he is employed with didn't care enough to send flowers. Thankfully he knows he is loved and valued and is now aware of all this. I have always used Dawn’s for everything. They’ve always been great and delivered on time for me but this last time, I called on Feb 13th (the day before Valentine’s Day) to place an order for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mom on Valentine’s Day. My mom is going through a very rough time right now and I live out of town so I thought it’d be nice to get flowers sent to her on the occasion. Dawn told me over the phone she’d make them special for her, took my card information, and she got my phone number and the order was placed. On Valentine’s Day my mom told me she did not receive ANY flowers. Dawn’s florist did NOT deliver the flowers. And now it’s Feb 15th, I’ve been trying to call all morning and they won’t pick up the phone even though I know they’re open. I am VERY upset. I will not be ordering from them again....

I lived in Alaska for most of those years and always called on Dawn for special occasions for family members here in Washington County. Her service and arrangements are always of the highest quality.
