X-Treme Lazer Tag — Local services in Terre Haute

The idea of the facility is great. Arcade and laser tag. The actual experience is lacking. It's pretty run down and not well maintained. The men's restroom was soaked (literal standing water on the floor). The woman's restroom was completely out of paper towels and nearly out of toilet paper. The majority of the arcade machines were not functioning. We were able to get some drinks. $2 for a 12 ounce that was mostly ice (and .75 refill) seems a bit crazy for fountain drinks.

Now, the laser tag, several of the vests were not working and/or the batteries were dead. We had a few people each round that were unable to play the entire 15 minute rounds due to equipment failure.

All this being said, the laser tag was very fun when it worked. If they invested a little more into upkeep on the facility, it would be a lot better.... it's pretty run down. I doubt we will be back, as we didn't see the value in it. ($20 a person for 4...

Had sons birthday party here. They had us down for the wrong date and location but “allowed” us to go ahead anyways. No biggie. But everything was super dark, even the bathrooms. No free tokens for birthday kid or for party. They played, what I feel was, inappropriate music for a 7 year olds party. Like the “to the windows, to the walls” song and others. The price was somewhat expensive, knew this going into it, but then I got hit with an extra 50 some odd dollar charge for the 3 extra players that were over the 10 they allow. For some reason you can only order pizza from Dominos and it must be through them. No matter what deal or special Dominos has you must order large 1 topping from them. We we're over there for the sat night hours of 9pm-11pm, my son's birthday gig.. your web site clearly states "UNLIMITED" Laser Tag from 9-11pm..!!" 15$ /person. So 75$ I put in their pocket under the impression we were playing "UNLIMITED" laser tag till 11pm. WAS NOT the case!! We had to wait till like 9:40 b4 we got in our 1st 10 minute game!! Then our second game bout 10:25p.m.!! Upon going in for only our 2nd round of under 10 mins we were told it was our last game!!
