Honestly disgusted with how this place treated my mother in law. All she wanted was her wedding ring fixed because her prongs broke and she was willing to pay the almost $200 to get it fixed knowing the ring was not worth much to start with and one of the lady’s in there full on belittled her saying that the diamond wasn’t real (which she knew) and then rudely said that they couldn’t fix this ring because it’s so cheap. They brought it out and only removed two links from one side, making it extremely uneven. Said they were unable to remove three links. Regardless, they were able to charge me $20 and told to take it back to the maker and have them do it. They could have at least took one link from each side to make it even.
