I showed up at 0830 for a 0930 appointment. I parked in the queue lot and called the receiving office. I was immediately given a dock door and sent to the inside docks. When you go to the inside docks you have to exit the property again and enter at the next entrance. Pull up to a blue roll up door and it will open immediately. The inside is dark and very tight. It's probably in my top 5 worst docks I've ever been to. After the trailer is docked you disconnect and bobtail out to the driveway to wait for the lumper service to come out to see you. I was unloaded and had my lumper paid for by 1100. The staff was fast, friendly, and there is overnight parking. My only issue was the dock, which they will help you with if you're polite and...
Read moreMy personal experience here was a bit longer than desired. Checked in at 0600 for my 0630 appt. Did not get bills back in hand until around 1100, and was charged $265 lumper. Procedure here (for reefer) is as follows: •Check in by phone or on foot (by yellow🟡 circle) •Back into door, disconnect from trailer, and go to the bobtail parking by the entrance •Someone will be out to your truck to grab your information and inform you if lumper fee •Wait for that same person to return with your bills Nothing spectacular here, just very average, wouldn’t be dying to come back, but not the worst place to deliver to either… docks in the garage can be a little tight. They DO have overnight parking in the NW lot (see image with...

Advise to roll those tandems way forward you're going to want the trailer moving quick. Lumper fees vary, rarely see higher than $275. Overnight parking off to the side.
Decent group of guys working here, no BS. Vending machines in the break area are cash only, have a few different restrooms.
Only downside is waiting for paperwork after unloading. It can either be under 20mins or easily 1-2 hrs. Hit and miss. Come prepared for that.
Red circle the picture is the entrance you want to use, and yellow is the overnight...
