Best Used Appliance Superstore — Local services in Texarkana

JEERS to best used appliances on 7th street in Texarkana. I’ve had the worst experience with them. We went and bought a used washing machine and as soon as I got it home, it wouldn’t work, I called them first thing the next morning around 8:00 am to tell them I wanted a refund because on my receipt it clearly says “30 day warranty”. The office manager proceeds to tell me that there is a 25% restocking fee which was not mentioned in my original purchase, 16 hours prior. I was very nice and proceeded to tell her that that was wrong and I was then told how there was a sign in store with that information written on it. Long story short, I take the washer back and my boyfriend and I meet with the owner in store and he refuses to give us a full refund. He also claimed that after they looked at the washer, that it worked fine so they’d put it back on the floor to be resold! And the signs she was refuting to was in small print, in black and white, and close to the ceiling. (Hardly visible) my boyfriend was very upset and told the owner we weren’t leaving without a full refund and the owner threatened to not give us anything back at all! After he and my boyfriend argued, my boyfriend was made to leave the store so that I could get our 75% refund. He tried to continue bad mouthing my boyfriend to me, when which I asked that he stop, cause I’d done nothing rude/wrong to him and I just wanted to please leave, he said “this is my property, I can do as I please!” Please beware of this business. The owner is obviously crooked and I don’t want anyone to go through our terrible...

This is the worst used appliance store in the Texarkana Texas and Texarkana Arkansas area! The owner is never available when needed, they have a young lady who works there but what her roles and responsibilities are is unclear. Tried to get a refund on a purchase and it took days before we could get a response. The product never left the store. Refund was warranted b/c we found a better appliance store that for one offered better service and better appliance at the same if not lesser cost!

The service is so horrible if they offered I wouldn’t buy life saving medication from them! If you don’t want the headache, or hassle do not I repeat...DO...

I must disagree with that unfavorable and a bit unbelievable review. In my opinion the owner was more than helpful, I recall he spent quite alot of time listening to, and resolving my particular problem. I've had 3 experiences there....the 1st they delivered to a very far distance, at no extra charge, a large stove bought for my son, 2nd, a few days laterThey returned again on CHRISTMAS DAY! in below freezing temperatures and repaired it. The 3rd time, they stayed late, until after 7pm to finish an appliance I needed right then as I was waiting and on my way to Houston. So I find it hard to believe we are reviewing the same...
