Unclaimed Furniture — Local services in Texarkana

I rented from the Texarkana store 4 times using the 90 days same as cash option.. this time I was told by Terrance from unclaimed furniture in Texarkana that if I needed a extension on my 90 days just call him a week before hand to let him know and he would extend my 90 days.. so I called him to ask about it Friday.. he told me he could with no problem, to check my app soon and I would have a new extension date up.. I called back today Saturday and he tells me he never said that and there's nothing he could do.. so he flat out lied for no reason.. my original payoff was May 31st.. i put 300 on my account friday to get the balance down. And it change my 90 day payoff to the 29 of May... I don't know what kind of games there playing but lying is unacceptable. Terrance shouldn't be over acima leasing if he's going to lie to the customers. Loyal customers! Anyone know who to report them too??...

I was in need of a new mattress, and I was recommended this place by a coworker. I called the store, spoke to the man in finance who helped me out (when most places would have referred you to sales) and then sent me pictures of what they had. I was given a price and when I showed up the price was the same. These guys are honest and don't hound you to look at this, try this out, or attempt to get you to buy more than what you're needing. By the time I paid, the mattress was loaded in the back of my truck. If you're looking for furniture, give this place a chance and they'll earn...

Was really disappointed goin here. Every couch set we wanted was waiting for someone else for weeks to come pick up. We had cash in hand ready to buy right then but they would rather continue to hold sets for ppl who might or might not come back. Also said it would be several weeks before we got our furniture if we purchased from them. Ended up goin and purchasing a set from 4 states furniture and so happy we were helped and went there instead. Got our couch loveseat and recliner within 4 days...
