Rudest customer service ever! Bought a 2pc fish combo. Got to work and after taking 2 bites of the fish I realized the fish was RAW in the middle. Called up there and was told to bring the food back. When getting to the place of business I was told I could no longer get a refund because the whole meal wasn’t complete. With only one bite taken from the biscuit and one bite taken from the masked potatoes she wouldn’t cook me fresh fish or give me a refund AFTER touching my food while looking at it. Asked for manager and the manager couldn’t talk to me. I asked for the managers name so I could call her the following day since she was “busy” today and they couldn’t provide me with the name and left me on the phone for 15 mins just sitting there quite not giving me a name for the manager. Walked in and was given a blank stare by two teenagers. I spoke first and ordered a 3 piece chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy were overly hot and my chicken was just above room temperature. Fryer oil hadn’t been changed and the chicken had clearly been cooked a long time ago. I was the only customer in the store and in the drive through and that should have been my clue to go elsewhere. The best chicken and biscuits ever!! And the potato wedges are so crispy 🤤 Such good flavor and the chicken is so juicy and crunchy. The coleslaw and ice cream are also really yummy. Such a perfect place if you want some mean chicken and sweet tea. The original sauce is extraordinary, which is the cherry on top. Definitely a super underrated place. The wait is not bad at all! Each time I've been here, it's only been less than a 5 minute wait and everything comes out tasting hot and fresh. I ❤️ krispy...
