It’s a GREAT haunted attraction if you have ~10yr kids b/c if you ask for the “PG” version at the entrance, they’ll give you a light up noodle to carry with you. So long as the light is switched on the actors will NOT jump scare you. It was absolutely PERFECT for taking my kid the first time to a haunted attraction. Was she scared the whole time, YES. But she said it was still really fun & enjoyable, YES. She’s a big scaredy cat, but she didn’t cry once. Tbh, I half expected her to be crying & hyperventilating the whole time. She asked if we could go again next year & as long as we get the light noodle, she’ll let me turn it off “sometimes.” Aside from the kid—there’s no gore. This is a MAJOR plus for me. I don’t like torture gore stuff. I’ll watch horror movies all day long but I don’t do torture horror like Saw movies. This is NOT like cutting edge; if you like torture horror stuff, this isn’t for you. This is jump scare & creepy clowns & such. 10/10 highly recommend.
*note: if you have claustrophobia, there is 1 small part where you walk through a semi-tight area, but it’s like bubble tarps pinned to two boards like a wall & it’s MAYBE 10ft-15ft. I have bad claustrophobia & yes, I hesitated, but you get through it quickly...
Read moreWe have gone every year since 2021, and that first year it absolutely was a 5/5 star Halloween attraction. It's a bit more of a unique experience because it's an ALL-OUTDOOR haunt, and on a cool October night there's no other Halloween attraction quite like it. It had a good number of scare-actors, the sets were adequate, the scares were numerous. Also, it's a long trail, expect to be walking for at least 20 minutes through a number of scenes.
Also, the one thing we've noticed throughout the years is that the number of scare-actors seemed to have decreased significantly. It's become more of a fun trail walk at night with a handful of actors and scenes. Not sure what's going on there.
Will we go back in 2025? Most certainly. We enjoy the ambiance of walking a safe trail at night during the Halloween season. Also, temper your expectations (unless things change this upcoming season) when it comes to scares, as things have degraded each year since we first started going.
As of our last visit in 2024, 4/5 stars for the ambiance and trial walk, drop it to 2/5 if you are looking for lots of scares and Halloween set pieces. Will update if things change for the...
Read moreThe trail is not scary at all! You get a few jump scares here and there. The place definitely needed more actors. It would have also been nice if they had makeup on instead of just wearing masks. The trail was way too close to the street, therefore , you can here the cars passing by and see them while walking through the woods. It took away from the experience. The first halfway point of the trail is not worth it. Only had five actors for about half of mile of walking. Then there was a long we had to wait for before we continued onto the other half of the trail. It was really boring just waiting there. The rest of the trail was a bit better with more actors and a couple of jump scares. The concept of this was nice but definitely needs work in the scary department. A young kid can easily walk through here and be fine. There was plenty of kids there while we were there. For 25 dollars I would not reccomend it. Especially if you are an experienced haunt seeker! It will be a giant disappointment! The staff was very friendly though! They seemed to care about what we liked about the haunt trail at the end. Hopefully they can make changes to...
