Every pastry I’ve tried here has been fantastic, from both the store front and their booth at the farmers market.
They make a great croissant , which for me is a big deal. Be able to make a good croissant at a patisserie is as important as being able to make a glazed donut at a donut shop. They can and do make a great croissant.
I originally found Ollio because I was looking for fresh macarons in the area. Ollio makes best macarons across the Frisco, Colony, Little Elm area. I highly recommend ordering some of the seasonal macarons when they feature them, you won’t be disappointed.
Everyone I’ve interacted with at the shop has also been very kind and helpful.

I read the other review about underfilled croissants. It doesn't make any sense. These are not jelly donuts. The size of the pastries are generous. The danishes are generous. The chocolate croissants have two batons of chocolate. The amount frangipane is absolutely appropriate.
Service is always friendly. Pastries are about $5 each. There is more variety on the weekends. ...

It just saddens me that we are living in the days where customer service is lacking. I stopped by at 10am this Saturday morning, happy and chirpy that today was the day I got the opportunity to stop into Ollio. The young lady there had this HORRIBLE face…like she dreaded being there. She didn’t say a single word. No “hello”, didn’t reply to my questions. All I heard come out of her mouth was my total. It is a shame to have employees such as her that can truly affect someone’s business. For food Ollio earns 5 stars. For customer...
